I Dream of Bloggers

Last night, I dreamed that I was in New York with Betsy of A Fuse #8 Production (whom I have never met) and she showed me the $200,000 advance she'd gotten for writing a children's novel. And I was asking her about the job opening at NYPL when she moves to LA and also asking her who's going to blog about the publishers' librarian previews after she moves.

Guess I have blogs on the brain. ;)

Cool! Let's back up and talk about that $200,000 advance. Then let us hope that you have the ability to see into the future.

And, ironically, I just did a librarian preview for this morning. Ooo! It's coming true!

I just dream about shelving. And more shelving. And discovering that there's a WHOLE OTHER CART I MISSED AND I HAVE TO RESHIFT ALL THE YA BOOKS AGAIN. Freak out! As you can guess, we just opened a new ya area at my library - and I had to shift all the books twice to make them fit. While I was icky sicky sicky. I'm going to have nightmares about it for a while!

Great imagery, Abby. And very cool that Fuse herself stopped by. My dream was about turning the garage into the dining room. I'm not sure I even want to think about how I got there!
