In My Mailbox #49

I'm gonna get straight to it because this has been an epic In My Mailbox week.  (Head on over to The Story Siren to see what goodies bloggers received in their mailboxes this week!)  Click through each title to GoodReads for a plot summary!

I got a big box from Scholastic containing the following books:

B Magical: The Missing Magic by Lexi Connor (January 2011).

The Big Crunch by Pete Hautman (January 2011). [I love this cover!]

Gemini Bites by Patrick Ryan (March 2011).

I Survived: Hurricane Katrina, 2005 by Lauren Tarshis (March 2011).

The Loser List by H.N. Kowitt (April 2011).  [Another Wimpy Kid readalike, it looks like.  The ARC cover is like a perfect mashup of Wimpy Kid and Big Nate!]

The Midnight Tunnel: A Suzanna Snow Mystery by Angie Frazier (March 2011).

Party Girl by Sabrina James (January 2011).

Petal Pushers: Too Many Blooms by Catherine R. Daly (March 2011).

The Romeo and Juliet Code by Phoebe Stone (January 2011).

Pilot and Huxley: The First Adventure by Dan McGuiness (January 2011).

Prom and Prejudice by Elizabeth Eulberg (January 2011).

Recovery Road by Blake Nelson (March 2011).

Season of Secrets by Sally Nichols (January 2011).  [She wrote Ways to Live Forever, which I really liked!]

Strings Attached by Judy Blundell (March 2011).

Words in the Dust by Trent Reedy (January 2011).  [2011 debut!]

(I wonder why none of the books come out in February?)

And from Feiwel & Friends, I got:

Selling Hope by Kristin O'Donnell Tubb (November 2010).

And the epic-ness is not over yet because I also got a whole bunch of nonfiction books...

From Bearport, I got several titles from the Nightmare Plagues series:

Smallpox: Is It Over? by Adam Reingold

Several from the HorrorScapes series:

Tut's Deadly Tomb by Natalie Lumis
Witchcraft in Salem by Steven I. Stern
Voodoo in New Orleans by Stephen Person

And a couple from the Becoming a Soldier series:

Also:

DragonArt Evolution: How to Draw Everything Dragon by J. "NeonDragon" Peffer (Impact, 2010).

And THAT, folks, was my mailbox this week.
